Muay Thai
Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," Muay Thai is a dynamic combat sport that utilises punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes — combined with powerful clinch work and sweeping footwork.
Our program welcomes everyone — from complete beginners to experienced fighters. As you progress, you'll get access to optional live sparring sessions, drills & skills classes, and our invite-only Fight Team stream for those serious about competition.
Class Schedule
Mon/Wed/Fri: 6:00–7:00am, 5:00–6:00pm & 6:00–7:00pm
Tuesday: 6:00–7:00am, 9:30–10:30am, 6:15–7:15pm (+ sparring)
Thursday: 6:00–7:00am & 6:15–7:15pm (drills + skills)
Saturday: 8:00–9:00am
Fight Team — Mon/Tue/Wed 6:00–8:00pm · Friday Sparring & Drills 6:00–7:30pm
What You'll Develop

Boxing
The sweet science. Boxing is one of the most effective combat sports for developing hand speed, timing, footwork, and explosive power. Led by Fred Torrens — a 12-fight veteran with 4 knockouts — our boxing classes are technical, challenging, and genuinely fun.
Whether you're looking to get fit, learn self-defence, or step into the ring for the first time, our boxing sessions will build your confidence and ability fast.

Strength & Conditioning
Performance-focused strength and conditioning designed to build a body that can do anything. Our S&C program is built around functional movement — combining strength training, metabolic conditioning and athletic development.
Whether your goal is to perform better in your sport, build a lean athletic physique, or simply get fitter and stronger than you've ever been — these sessions deliver results. Programmed and coached by Cameron, using his background in both S&C coaching and Muay Thai performance training.

Bioweaponites
Our kids program is designed to develop confidence, discipline, coordination and physical fitness in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Led by our kids coach Ally Davitt, Bioweaponites is built on genuine expertise.
We believe Muay Thai is one of the best activities for children's development. Kids learn to respect themselves and others, push through challenges, and celebrate their own growth — all while getting an incredible workout. Two age streams plus an invite-only Advanced class for kids ready to progress further.
